Im moving to alta vista!!...i.ve been here 2months my nieghbors r routy..gates are always opened, kids who dont live here are always smoking pot in the bbq yard....we got our cars scratched...i have never seen the security man who supposedly patols at night..loud music!!..i had to park ooutside once becuase cars that werent from here were in my assigned parking..very rude gangster nieghbors!!!,looks nice 4rm the outside but not a place to raise a family!!!!

All i half to say about Felicita Creek Apartments is Run for the hills.And by the way the water bill you get every month is NOT Metored.They divide your bill by the building you live in times the amount of people living in your home. So how do you know how much water you are really using?
