Lived here a few years ago. Can't say I liked it all that much. My wife was a little scared in the complex - some tough characters around. We had a car break in and when we checked the sexual predators website, we found that some were living on the property. Another problem is noise. Thin walls and noisy neighbors make it tough living. Not the worst in the world, but I'm glad I'm gone.
