We're just moving out and have had a wonderful stay at the pines. Beautiful grounds - large apartments with huge yards. Great for kids. About half the residents are seminary students. It's so quiet. The Pines is in the best part of Escondido, walking distance to Albertsons, Home Depot, etc. The property is gated, and not a hint of crime. Great for families or single women who can afford $1,000 rent.
We would never have left if we didn't buy our own house. I would happily recommend this as the best option for a north county place to live.
