Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbours talk.
Resident had rats, nothing was done about that.
Kitchen cabinets is a nightmare, old, dirty.
Appliances are old.
Bathrooms are horrible.
Maintenance is not done well, the work has to be done quick, not well.
They call it luxury apartments.......Where is the luxury''''''
There is no parking for your guests.
After dark the security will have your guests car towed, cause it doesn't have a parking permit sticker.
Residents with two cars, take up the guests parkingspaces.
