Current Resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbours talk. Resident had rats, nothing was done about that. Kitchen cabinets is a nightmare, old, dirty. Appliances are old. Bathrooms are horrible. Maintenance is not done well, the work has to be done quick, not well. They call it luxury apartments.......Where is the luxury'''''' There is no parking for your guests. After dark the security will have your guests car towed, cause it doesn't have a parking permit sticker. Residents with two cars, take up the guests parkingspaces. I do enjoy living here. There are some minor problems you can hear the neighbors through the walls, sometimes the guy that lives above us he coughs so hard it sounds like he is hacking up a lung. I have seen one rat it was dead and outside. We have more problems with silver fish hanging out in our closet. We have had some problems with our plumbing, but if willing to over look these little problems it is not such a bad place to live, The neighborhood is nice and there are no questionable types hanging around.
