We just moved in not too long ago and it is so quiet!!! We live facing the creek and it is like living in the country... we hear the frogs, birds, crickets at night and in the morning. We have seen as much as 3 people walk by our apartment so far... that's how quiet it is! We never hear our neighbors... I don't know if they can hear us, but we can't hear them. The management is wonderful! They are super friendly. We haven't had to call for maintenance so I don't know if it sucks or if it is good... we have a dishwasher, a really good microwave, a really good fridge. It's kind of old but it can freeze really good... I had to throw some stuff away from the fridge the other day because of how cold it got! I turned it down :) We have a fireplace,a walk in closet, a huge bathroom and a really nice size living room/dinning room. Overall... WE LOVE IT!!!!
