I've lived at Reidy Creek for almost two years. I'm getting ready to move out. There are many, many vacancies. Management comes and goes - be careful to get signed documents from them if you make any changes to your lease. They tend to lose important information about deposits, etc. Maintenance should look that word up in the dictionary - it does not mean let the apartments turn into property damaged beyond repair. Parking is adequate. The pool is barely maintained. I recovered from the skin rash I received after using the spa, but I don't suggest using the facilities if you have sensitive skin. Be prepared for high energy bills because all of the washers, dryers and refrigerators are ancient. It is also located in an area where there are alot of car thefts and break ins.
On a positive note, the neighbors are pretty nice and keep to themselves. You can hear people talking and walking around, but that is to be expected. The landscaping is very lush and there are several coyotes that come close to the buildings along the creek.
