In the two years that we've lived here we had a garage fire (nothing was done by the management for over 6 months...we were not allowed to go through the rubble to find anything that survived and looters started going through our things), we had a slab leak which flooded the whole apartment (management did not offer us an additional place to stay for the 9 days that our apartment was unlivable and we are STILL fighting with them to get our rent reinbursement for this whole mess), AND we had our bathtub completely crack and leak onto the floor (it cracked the first week we moved in and after a patch job, it cracked a year and a half later).
Parking is a complete disaster! I find myself stressed and irritated every day because I can't find parking. The complaints I've made to the office have done nothing. I can honestly say that in two years I've never seen the tow company that is supposed to monitor the permits and tow cars that aren't supposed to be here. I was given tickets to write myself and place on cars without permits! That's not the responsibility of the tenants!
The office staff is rude, unreliable, unproffessional, and a pain to deal with. They never answer the phone, they take 3 hour lunches, and the manager is nothing more than a glorified secretary who can not make any decision unless given permission by the corporate office.
I would strongly suggest NOT living here. You will become stressed, irritated, and angry the minute you move in!!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Why are you still living there?
Thanks for the info anyways, I was going to come look at it but as soon as I hear a mexican accent on the other line that barely understands what I am saying and is already rude before I even attempt to come see the place, that in itself turns me off, and that was before I even read your e-mail.
Speak English I say, this is not your country!!

I agree with this completely because my husband and I had the worst experience ever living here...they say they put in brand new tile before we moved in, and when we moved in, looks like that tile had been there for years, and was stained, like a over flowed toliet ran a lot and there was a "rug" imprint that was brown colored in there...that is what brand new tile looks like??? wow...and when you ask them about it, they're rude say they never had a convo with you, and you can't get above the shaddy employees there in the office...I wouldn't wish this place on my WORST ENEMY...
