when i first talked to them about my lease and moving in i brought up the awful reviews that i came across in researching their apartments, they assured me that they have changed the appliances and that the complaints about them not following up or doing anything when there has been has a problem, are now all taken care of and they are up to date with everything and everyone is happy. NONE of that is true. the model apartment they show have updated appliances, the ones they actually move you into do not. I called to talk about wasp nests that were outside both my window and balcony door, and they have not done anything about it. They don't keep track or organize who pays rent, there office is a stressful disaster. They are rude, never return phone calls after you move in, and when you go to the office to talk about something or to discuss the rent you paid and got a notice you did not, they will say they will call you back, and they don't unless you keep trying. this place is awful. the appliances are all so old and cheap, everything gets dirty so fast and stains because its so cheap, the showers are the most nasty things, along with everything else. the air conditioning cools down a 3 foot radius, every apartment has trails of fans trying to cool the bedroom, and other rooms down. RUN RUN RUN from this place. there are many better places, this is not somewhere i could ever call "home" ,anywhere but here!!

Couldn't agree more, once our lease is up we are moving on hopefully into our first house.

I agree with this completely, my husband and I got several notices that we were behind with rent and with water bills, even tho we paid on time every month, they are inadequate to handle their jobs, and are completely disorganized...I would never recommend this place to anyone...
