Let me start by saying that I've been living here for over three years. Why, I have no real answer. The staff is not knowledgeable at all on what policy is from one day to the next. Management is not trustworthy. One of the maintenance men was caught on my surveillance camera rambling through my personal belonging one day when he was suppose to have been working on the fire place. I really never gave a thought of that happening before. When I brought the video to the office, a meeting was scheduled with the managers, the maintenance men and myself. After the awkward meeting, the maintenance man involved in the invasion of my privacy was fired. A verbal agreement was made by the management in which they stated that I would be able to leave when ever I wish without any worry about any lease agreement, being that I said that I wouldn't seek any other actions. A few months later I notice that the same maintenance man was back working here. He told me that they got busy and asked him if he would come back to work. Can you believe that. I've also been told recently that they will not honor that verbal agreement anymore. I believe that is bad business.

in three years, which is a lifetime at Reidy Creek, how could you tolerate mismanagement like that? If you still have that video tape you should turn it over to the authorities and have them all prosecuted. Just curious, is everyone still suffering from black mold that exists in every building? Don't ever believe that management will hold up their end of a verbal contract. I was told I would receive my entire deposit back but was completely ripped off at the end for repairs that were made by some of their distant cousins in El Centro or Otay Mesa. They are crooks and should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau or Center for Disease Control. I had some extremely nasty moldy growth on the walls where I lived but I'm sure their cousins painted over it. And don't get me started about that crappy carpeting they use to cover the damaged floors that house broken water pipes. Good riddance Reidy Creek and I'm thrilled that I have my health back after moving out of that toxic dump! Good luck getting your deposit back and at least you came to your senses and moved.
