lovely and quiet From: maston777 Date posted: 2/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   These are well maintained and the staff is really pollite and helpful. Its really quiet here but close to downtown. you can literally walk outside your apt and see the fireworks right there on the holidays.The grounds are really pleasant looking. The only downside is that each apt is assigned a parking spot, so if you have more than one vehicle you're gonna have to park it on the street.
