Woodlake Apartments

Horrible service From: westmin24 Date posted: 6/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Although the apartment grounds look nice, that is the only thing nice about the apartments. My wife and I have lived here for about 1 year now, and we are definitely looking forward to moving out. If you have a problem with your apartment it takes weeks for them to come and deal with it, and that's only after you have reminded them 3 times. The gate was broken for over a month, our outside parking lot lights were broken for over 2 weeks (and it got dark!), we were without a shower for 3 weeks, and we are still waiting on them to fix our air conditioning (it's been over a week). The worst thing about it all is that the management (Gaines Investment and Trust) does not care about their residents, which completely goes against what their website says. The apartments are old, so they have countless problems with mold and other things. Don't rent from Woodlake, there are definitely more consumer-friendly apartments around the Escondido area. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
