Granted, I've only been here for six months, but it's been nothing but good so far. It seems like people just use this site to come and complain, so I figured someone needs to spread some love. I'm living in one of the studios and have so far had zero issues. All my stuff works fine, the laundry facilites are nice, no problems with any of the tenants, just an excellent experience.
I've met quite a number of tenants here, most have lived here for 5-7 years and have nothing but good things to say. The office management (consisting of one lady as far as I've seen) has been nothing but helpful. I've seen the one of the automatic car gates broken once, and it was fixed by the time I got home. It's surprisingly quiet, though the flooring in the bathroom is thin, so I can hear my neighbors from time to time.
There always seems to be plenty of visitor spaces. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and enjoyable.
Honestly, the only negative things I can say are that my apartment is tiny (but I knew that going in) and that my freezer seems to run colder than it should. To sum up; a great place to live so far, definitely a great starter apartment for a student or young couple, quiet and well maintained.
