These apartments are under new owners again. I have lived here for the past 4 years and this is the 4 owners.
This place is a nightmare. The parking is horrible, people park there Motorcycles on the walkways. There are dogs barking all night on patios. They allow Pitbulls. There is loud music and the managment does nothing about it. I know. I have personally went to the managment and complained and the problem still there. They have a security guard..I think, that walks around and does nothing. I have seen him walk past an apartment that had music thumping out of it ansd he would not stop and do anything.
There are so many lights out in the walk areas and there are tons of people loitering around.
They charge up to $80.00 extra for water and waste which is stupid. I have friends who own homes and don't pay that much.
There is sooo much to complain about this place and with the new managment..it will continue until I move.
If you are looking for a queit and safe place..don't look here. If you love to party...this is the place.
