I loved it but hear new mgmt is bad

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1998
 
I lived at the Lakes in the late 90's and fell in love with it. I recall an excellent management team. Jeri and Richard were the greatest! I am sad to hear FPI is the new management company. They have a poor reputation in the leasing industry and I can see its negative effects on the Lakes. It is not quite what it used to be. I do think the property has great floorplans and enjoyed the lakes, ducks, gym, and clubhouse.
