Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
management is unprofessional and extremely unreasonable, not to mention rude. Rent is $735 a month for a small one bedroom! extra fees monthly for hot water, trash, etc. no longer have 5 day grace period for rent, security is non existent, cars broken into almost nightly.
