I am not sure if you ever go into th eLeasing Office, but if you did you would know Legacy Partners manages the Lakes and not FPI. FPI has been gone for 6 months.
FPI gave me nothing but problems. They made all kinds of promises. They told me I would get new carpet after I lived here a year. Needless to say it never happened. I went into the office and talked to the staff. They came out and looked at the carpet, and saw how bad it was and replaced it. They really worked hard to help me. I have lived here for 2 years and that makes me want to stay here until I buy a home.
