I've heard of worse places,and this complex is not unbearable as it is usually quiet. The upkeep on the apartments is not quality workmanship(latex-painted coutertops and shower tiles) Carpets were only shampooed when they sould have been replaced.
Also some theft problems: our neighbor had her car stolen, there was another auto break-in, and we had a bicycle stolen from our 2nd floor balcony.
The front apartments are kept up nice for viewing from the street, but the back apts are a little neglected.
