They are currently trying to sell bella lago to a new owner. We received a notice saying they will enter the premises any time between 8am-5pm. This is the 2nd time this year and they say they will enter for a 3rd time on CHRISTMAS EVE. Other than the fact they will FU&K off your Christmas plans because you don't like random "potential buyers" walking through your home without you there they are great.

This is obviously another FPI Property Management apartment complex - please see The Fountains. They have the exact same issues.
