THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. My roomate and I are paying $991 with utilities, for a 2 bed 1.5 bath with no washer and dryer when we were told that there WOULD be one in the unti. OH and that $991 is $50 less than if we HAD a washer and dryer in unit. Since we dont have W/D we have to use the facility on site. Its over priced and has broken three times in 5 months. However we WERE allowed to use the unit next to us which is empty and DOES have a W/D. One month after move in Construstion started and we had plumbers that had a key to every unit walking in and out of our unit leaving the lights, fan and doors open. It was Jan-March and our heater would be left on with the doors open while the plumbers walked in and out. One night I came home from work at 11:30 pm and the door was wide open, lights and overhead ceiling fan on with the heater at 70. When this was discussed with the people who live underneathe us, my roomate and I were told that they had gotten hundreds of dollars off the rent. When brought up to the management (after calling for three weeks) they told us there was nothing they could do about it. Part of the reason we chose this apartment complex was because of the gym, it is unlocked by a magnetic keychain which didnt work for the first 4 months. This place is horrible, Customer Service is the worst I've ever seen. I've gotten more respect going through the 24 hr drive through at Carls Jr on a slow night. The WHOLE FOUNDATION IS CROOKED! our door is snug on the hinge and has a inch and a half gap on the opposite side. After the plumbers cut wholes in both bathrooms they also cut a whole in the ceiling of our supposed to be laundry room because the person on the far side of the building wouldnt let them in, so they crawled through the upstairs. After plumbing was done and they put up drywall they forgot to repair the whole in our ceiling and you could see the rafters of the building. We were also promised $10 laundry cards for when they were out of order but never recieved them and each time we asked we were told they would be arriving in two to three business days. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!
