I have lived here at Fair Oaks Meadows for almost 6 years now. I have lived in an upstairs, one bedroom unit my entire stay. I am only leaving now because I needed more space so I m moving into a house. The unit is not extremely large but has a washer and dryer in the unit, which was a major plus for me. The complex is in Fair Oaks and close to everything. The building is older, but charming and very, very quiet. Being a female and living alone, safety is a big concern of mine. I always felt safe no matter what time of day it was and the property was always well lit and nicely maintained.

Kelley and Jose, the staff at Fair Oaks Meadows, are fabulous. They are friendly, courteous and responsive to all requests. I have lived in apartments before where the office staff could care less about keeping their tenants happy. This is not the case here. Kelley and Jose have made my stay at here all the better and will miss seeing their smiling faces every day.

Check out Fair Oaks Meadows Apartments. They are reasonably priced for the amenities offered (washer/dryer, walk in closets, fireplaces and vaulted ceilings) and you won t be disappointed!
