Pros and Cons of Hazel Ranch From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Pros- 1.Clean, always expect to find the community free of trash. 2.Nice staff, for the most party ppl are pretty friendly. 3.Tenants are mostly family oriented, nice people. 4.Parking spots are open, not tight 5.Rent is dirt cheap compared to other spots. Cons- 1.Parking spot is too far, if you manage to get one. 2.For some reason, they love wasting water. Sprinklers are always on!!! 3.Packages are held in the office but it's hard to get in during open hours. 4.Security is poor. My car was broken into along with 3 others.
