Could have been better, could have been worse.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The two biggest problems my wife and I had were parking and noisy neighbors. Parking can get pretty limited on the weekend when a lot of people come over. We also had a problem with loud, obnoxious neighbors who caused some minor incidents of vandalism. They were evicted after about 3 months. Grounds and maintenance have been really great. Management is fair, but nothing spectacular.
