Landscaping is over watered, marshy and moss growning. Jaccuzi out of order often. Laundry room flouds. I had problem with ac/heater for almost a year. Follow up maintenance is poor. New ownership Sept. 2007. New management enforcing Can't have any personal items stored in common visual areas. This includes: breezeway, entry way, patio.

Wow. Where to begin! First off Ive lived at hazel ranch for almost 3 years now. i went from a 1 bed by myself, to a 2 bed with my boyfriend and a roomate, toa 1 bed back with my boyfriend ( couldnt afford going any where else with a new deposit ). So, living at all 3 different rooms and square footage, THERE WAS NO DIFFERANCE, THEY ARE ALL SMALL! The walls are super thin, you can hear EVERY SINGLE FOOT STEP FROM YOUR NEIGHBOR ABOVE! Now when I first got here, the security was pretty good, saw them a lot, there was enough lighting and the lawn was kept nice. Over the years everything just started going down hill, the lawn was getting to mushy and ugly, the lights around the complex starting going out but none were getting fixed, the cars started to get broken into from less security. Leading up to all this, we just got new management in Sept. meaning HIGHER rent ( us $50 bucks ), no more pets over 25 pounds ( even breed restrictions now ), management leaving over the top letters on doors ( borderline arassment ), and no security from what Ive seen. Which our car was broken into a little over a month ago, with what we found out through our neighbors not the office, but 6 other cars have been broken into! Seriously listen to someone that lived here for 3 years thinking ( itll get better, Ill get used to it ) the area is not special enough to deal with their --------! With our rent being "850" for the next sign lease, PLUS water and garbage you must pay, it will end up being 900 bucks for a 1bed 1bath in a 600 square foot apartment. SAVE YOUR MONEY. We are leaving soon :)
