Hazel Ranch's new "management" cancelled the security. Cars are broken into every week. Alarms go off all the time because people are throwing rocks at cars. Hazel management says "crime happens with or without security".
If you want to live in a swamp, and pay 2x what a really nice apartment costs- please move in here, there are lots of vacancies for a reason! We moved to a nicer neighborhood with nicer apartments 4 miles away and are paying 75% what FPI management wants for these ------ apartments. Our AC stopped working so they replaced the unit. Thanks- now our electric bills have doubled in the last month because the new cut-rate unit never stops running. But hey its 68 degrees in here, thats what matters right'
Please move in here, if you are an idiot - they offer free movies and a ------ workout "facility". Trust me, for what we are saving on rent at our new place, I can get an unlimited Blockbuster and gym membership and have money left over - for twice the square footage.
Plenty of parking though- because no one in their right mind wants to live here. Everybody I know that has a job is gone or out in the next month. Too bad half the light bulbs are out, my wife won't walk outside alone in the dark.
Everything gets one star, based on personal experience with FPI at Hazel Ranch and only 1 star because there isn't an option for ZERO.
