Hazel Ranch Apartments

Not too bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I've lived here for almost 2 years and haven't had too many problems. I had my car broken into once (window completely smashed) but that's because I was stupid and left my purse on the front seat. The neighbors in general aren't much of a problem although recently we got some new downstairs neighbors that are constantly harping on us about our noise level even though we do everything we can to keep quiet. There is a little noise on the occassional weekend but nothing to really bother. The new owners/managers have upped the prices a bit, but to be fair they are renovating the insides and outsides of the entire complex. They did get rid of the security patrol unfortunately. But the new staff are very nice and helpful.
