I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here. Yes, I have a big dog and that dog gets along with all of the other dogs on the property - everybody coexisted just fine before FPI. I'm sick of never being able to leave anything in my car; once bitten - twice shy.

Every time I see someone move out of here I am jealous, I would break my lease but cannot afford it. Luckily there are places right down the road that are 2x as nice and less money than the "new" rent. If you want to spend alot of money for a small apartment where nothing gets fixed and every morning you can go check to see if your car still has its windows, its tires, whatever you left in it the night before then this is the place for you. I'm sure its worth a walk to Mikuni for some people, not me. Plenty of parking these days because everyone in their right mind is leaving.

This place gets a 1 because there is no 0.
