I lived there once upon a time and moved due to the office people & the new tenants they are moving in (assuming just to make numbers) 2 words, Credit Check! That and its a thief's playground, if you like it and don't want it anymore, leave it in your car and it will be gone. for that matter the renters insurance your required to have, well plan on using it to replace what you lost in your car to the thief. :) My suggestion is to move ASAP and don't look back, I read one of the reviews on here and it summed it up pretty good "Hell Ranch"

This is obviously another FPI Property Management apartment complex - please see The Fountains. They have the exact same issues.

I just called Hell Ranch to find out some info, I am a past Hell Ranch Resident, and seems FPI has sold out and ran for the hills.... Hopefully the new mgmt co. can fix the mess FPI left.... Good Luck!!!
