I believe the title says it all. The interior & exterior are well kept & beautiful, but it is only "skin deep". The construction is poor. The walls & ceiling are horribly thin. Not only will the floor above you creek with every step, but you will hear the stomp of each footfall. You will hear every door shut, every toilet flush, every voice when it speaks, the rumble of your neighbors TV & stereo when it is on. Management will not help you. Your parking spot will be occupied by others. Your car may be broken into and/or your license plates stolen. Management will not enforce lease agreements your neighbors signed relating to parking, noise issues, etc. After hours security responds, but poorly. The grounds are poorly lit.Definitely not recommended.
