I have just read the reviews and I am shocked! I lived there for about 6 1/2 years (1993-1999) and I thought it was wondeful!! I lived up on the "Hill" and didn't have many problems. The management was great to me, although I honestly can't remember who the management firm was. I did move because of the drastic rent increases and at the end, my laundry was being stolen from the laundry room if I went to use the bathroom or get a drink. I was considering moving back to rollingwood, but after reading the previous reviews I am recondisering. I do rememeber that there was poor lighting but I don't remember there being any crime. I use to leave my door unlocked all the time because I felt so safe there.
