After viewing the last reviews I am completely shocked. I have lived here for 7 months and couldn?t be more pleased with my apartment, apartment common areas, and the management staff. I have rented from FPI Management since 1987 and couldn?t recommend a more professional, consistant, dilegent and courteous management team. I feel that the other reviews are from disgruntled tenants that have nothing better to do than complain on the net. I say "get a life". Rollingwood Apartments is a great place to live. I personnally love the exterior ammenities and appreciate the hard working staff. They have been under renovation and are improving the interior of the apartment homes. In regards to the lease comments, I signed a 12 month lease and was able to take advantage of a wonderful move in special. I will surely renew my lease again and again. My family of 4 loves the area and we understand that this is an apartment community that has rules and regulations for everyone to follow. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY!!!!!!!!
