These are not apartments they are Condo conversions gone bad. The developer is now renting them out, and a lot of units are in foreclosure. There is a pending lawsuit and the buildings are falling apart. The only nice thing about this place is the grounds when maintained properly. The HOA is controlling, and they fine you for every chicken ---- thing they can think of right down to your vehicle and what it looks like. I would not rent here and they cannot even sell these places either. This complex has been on Channel 10 news too. Check this out

Explain what you mean about the parking situation. Is the HOA controlled by the on-site management company? What exactly is the problem with the parking, especially if you are a homeowner?

Rules and Regulations being adopted in to regards to the condition of ones vehicle, how you can park your vehicle in your assigned space. No the HOA is not controlled by on-site management, and they control themselves and the ppl that live there. Do you rent there?
