Decent Place Horrid Managment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   This place is nice, I like it here the neighbors are quiet everyone is quiet and no one is ever around. The management though is terrible. Doug The manager is a liar, cheat, cry baby and will use any tactic possible to get rid of you if he doesnât personally like you. Even committing crimes to get rid of you. I would personally stay away. There is mold in the bathroom that was covered up with new calking when I moved in. Wrong calking material was used and now mold exposed. Lots of spiders and snakes (6) outside my apartment door in last 3 months. I even saw a giant rat in the parking lot. The trash service is inadequate to say the least.
