Good Management!

I have lived here 3 years. I have found this to be a very clean and quiet place to live. The property is well maintained with preventive maintenence. Repair requests have been answered with a repairman within one business day. The place always looks decent because the management will not allow the property to degrade. The person who wrote the review calling the management "horrid" was not allowed to renew his lease. The reason was that his incredibly horrid looking truck was degrading the property, making it embarassing for us other residents. Doug never has and does not do anything illegal. The owner of the truck forgets that while it is illegal to discriminate against someone due to race, religion, etc... it is NOT illegal to "discriminate" against someone due to their unsightly property trashing the property. Doug had every right to tell the tenant to remove the truck from the property or move at the end of his lease. I consider that to be VERY proper management. He wants the property to look nice, and I can be proud of where I live because of his higher standards. This property is managed by RayStone Properties, and if I ever move, I will go out of my way to find a place that is managed by this company.
