Where do I begin' This place was a dump and I got out of there as soon as I possibly could.
The manager was the biggest b**tch I have ever known; both physically and in her rude ass people skills. People would come by on a weekly basis and throw huge rocks through her car windshield, or through her apartment window because of that.
Early one morning, after not living there that long and not knowing any better, I parked to close to the garbage dumpster (which always had homeless people and crack heads digging in it). I'm awakened at 5:00am (on my day off might I add) to some fat ass pounding on my door. He didn't say anything just stood there trying to look tough while her fat ass yelled at me from all the way across the complex to "... never ever ever ever park there again, or I'll call the cops!!!" So half awake and quite irritated by the scenario, I walk out to move my car and apologize to the garbage man who replies with "Excuse me... what are you apologizing to me for'" Anyway, it turns out I wasn't even in his way.
I hear she got fired though, so you might get luck and she won't be there.
The parking was awful! All kinds of abandoned cars that homeless people would sleep in and crack heads would smoke crack in. I don't know how many mornings I'd go out to my car and see the cracks heads hitting their pipe in them.
The apartments are just cheap and dumpy; you can hear everything the neighbors are doing all the time. Every morning I was awakened to some Mexican family yelling at each other while blasting Mexican music... bump, bump, bump, bump, bump, bump, bump, bump. Why does every single song have the same bass line'
The front doors on all the apartments are basically hollow core like a door you'd put to your bathroom.
Real safe, huh' The first day I moved in there, there was like 30 people out front brawling, probably over someone's shoes or something. When you walk though the middle of the complex to get to your apartment, everyone stares out the window out, sizing you up. Do I need to mention all the crack heads, tricks, and punk-ass 'gangbangers' again' You also get to listen to gun shots, sirens, and people talking like they hard as hell, straight out of Compton... but all they are trying to do is convince at least anyone that they are. Fairfield sucks! So do these apartments!
It's Fairfield, what can I say' It's just like the rest of the Solano county... a bunch of 50 Cent wanna-be gangbangers. Pathetic. Save your money and move to Napa county... it sucks bad there too, but at least not nearly as bad as Solano county.
If you have to move into a place like this because of a transitional period like I did, get out as soon as you can!

My niece lived there and couldnt wait to move. She spend most of her time crying, and spending the night with different family and friends. Needs to close down remodel and start over an use better screening and when folks dont follow rules they are out.
