I lived here for about 3 months and I have to say that it's pretty bad. Most of the people who live there are gangbangers, drug users, drug dealers, or other such folks....they gotta live somewhere right'

Though I will admit that I never felt unsafe, maybe because I had lived in Fairfield all of my life and so these are the people I grew up around. They are the type of people where, if you show fear, it's all over! If you walk around like you aren't affraid, they'll leave you alone. Of course, I would never have opened my apt door unless it was someone I knew.

The walls left much to be desired. My upstairs neighbors liked to get into knock down drag out fights almost every night but, honestly, I have yet to live in an apt where you can't hear your neighbors.

The apt itself was pretty big, the rent was cheap and included cable and PG&E (for an extra $10 a month) so, for the short time period I was there and during the transition from one life to the next, it was ok.

I would NOT NOT NOT recommend this place to someone who has kids!! Please, if you can afford to live somewhere else, do! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
