places are falling apart and good luck getting them to fix anything. Anything they do fix anything it is a patch work and cosmetic fix so the problem is still there just getting worse untill the entire apartment has fallen apart. They will raise the rent in the middle of your lease and yes they get away with it. Management and the people working in the office treat tenants like they dont matter. The cops make daily "visits" to the apartments towards the back. Alot of loud hispanic parties and music which last all night. So if you rent here hope you enjoy that music youll be listening to it daily. And of course the kids which are running around the parking lot by themself will run out infront of your car without looking. The older kids will bouce balls on your car will sit, spit, scratch and treat it as if the car was theirs. dont bother yelling at them "they dont speak english" Cheap for a reason, walk away from this place.
