I have to say I ran across this website recently and was completely shocked at the reviews I read about Dover Park Apartments.
I have lived here at Dover Park for more than 5 years and have enjoyed living here.
From my experience the Staff is prompt and courteous, even very helpful. If I need something faxed or copied the Office Staff is always willing to help me with it.
My apt. home is free of any kinds of bugs, I think if we keep our homes clean we don't have to worry about bugs!!
The area that I live in is clean and well-maintained and I have no problems to note.
P.S. Children live everywhere amd play everywhere. From my experience if I ask them nicely to please stay away from the cars or parking lots they usually will do so.
I LOVE THE HOME-BAKED COOKIES AT THE OFFICE, TOO.
