Hi , I have lived in Dover Park Apts. for about 4 months . Let me begin by saying it is the noisiest place I have ever lived . The management is terrible , I moved into an apartment with no front screens on the windows .I was assured the screens were on order and I would have thm within a week . Still no screens . I saw a young child with a screen he ripped from his front window running with it and tearing it into small pieces while I sit and wait with no way to open a window without being bombarded by insects . Second the noise in unbearable . It's nice if you wake up early because all of the degenerates sleep until at least noon , but after that it sounds like a concert , kids running and screaming , hell , adults screaming more than the kids . All hours of the night people walking through the courtyard yelling about who/what theyre having sex with , cursing like a sailor all while my wife and my daughter and I are trying to sleep .I work all day , my wife does as well , so we need our sleep . But the welfare recipients here don't work , or do anyhting except sit on the steps blocking your way up to your apartment. Every single night I go into my daughters room to put her to bed and it has the most overwhelming stench of marijuana from the residents below us . The stench is so bad I often vent out her room before laying her down for bed .These are mainly ------- - Americans , but the white peopl here are just as bad . The -------- (legal') just keep popping out babies to keep that welfare rolling in . I am in no way prejudiced , honestly , but if you're going to wear the shoe then i'm gonna say it fits . So , in closing , if you work , or have a family , or value your sanity , do not live here . Every morning when I leave for work and I see a group of people in their pajamas sitting on the steps smoking cigarettes , or a family who begins grilling out at 10:00p.m knowing they don't have to work tomorrow , or ever for that matter , I always shake my head and say "It's great to see my tax dollars hard at work ." And I didn't even mention the 6-8 kids smoking weed in the laundry room every day ....... do not come here you'll regret it .
