Fine for what it is...

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I lived in this Extended Stay America twice. Once in 2007 and again in 2008. The services are fine and the accomodations are adequate. Allthough it should be noted that the rates increased dramatically between 2007 and 2008.
