Crazy as a loon manager Katinka. Snooped in my apartment without permission, left multiple insane notes on my door including a copy of my lease. Air conditioning rarely worked. The place was rife with car theft and prowling. Dangerous park across the street with youth frequently hiding in the poorly lit grounds of the apartment complex. A real ghetto.

The manager's name is Kepina not Katinka. I am not sure you live at Meditteranean Village apartments since most of us here like the management. They keep the rif raf out except for possibly the one who wrote that last review. lol Auto insurance is a state law not a requisite for living here. If you have those crazy notes show them to some one. Actually prove what you say is true. I think the management's only problem is you.

Yes! Her beautiful name is "Kepina"! I'm not sure if that misspelling was intentional or if that unhappy person has problems with her hearing; but her name is KEPINA!!!!! I have lived at the Mediterranean Village Apartments since February 2001, and I have seen managers come and go. And by far, Kepina has been and still is the BEST manager that the Mediterranean Village Apartments has had!!!! The grounds are meticulous! Her thoughtful insight on placing residents in units that are compatible to lifestyles is phenomenal! If there was anything, and I mean anything, that was amiss in my apartment, Kepina has always been prompt and attentive to my needs. I can't say enough about what Kepina means to this community and me. When she left the Mediterranean some years ago, her absence was greatly felt. I saw the Mediterranean Village Apartments decline in stature. But once Kepina returned, ALL things were restored to an order that makes living at this community a great pleasure! There isn't another community in Fairfield that can hold a candle to the Mediterranean Village Apartments!!!!!
