I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 13 years. Since I have lived here, we have gone through several different managers. Kepina, the manager, cares about her tenants, keeps the grounds looking beautiful, makes sure there is no rif raf hanging around the buildings, and handles things fairly. This apartment complex is probably the best place to live in the Solano County area and it is greatly due to the wonderful management they have on the grounds. The landscaping and the water is so beautiful and when living here you feel like you are living on the mediterranean.
