The place is pretentious and try to sound exclusive, but they do not enforce the quiet hours, the #1 rule of the community rules is quiet hours from 10 pm to 8am; my neighbors above me have vaccummed at 1 a.m. play loud movies at midnight, generally very inconsiderate, as are many other residents who drive around with extremely loud music and/or mufflers, as well as yelling and loud talking outside late or early in am. The walls in these places are pretty thin and do not muffle all this noise. Also I can smell the neighbor's cigarette smoke below me through my bathroom vent. I have complained to the management but they do nothing. Also the office was not competent enough to correctly tell me that I had a delivery there, it was found 2 days later which impacted my business. No apology from the office either.
Yes there is insufficient parking and I got a nasty sticker on my car for backing into my own parking space. They do not empty the trash area out enough and there is litter all around the place. I will not be renewing my lease when it is up.

My thoughts exactly, especially regarding the office management of this facility; No competency at all. The girls working in this office are all rude!!!

I have lived here for about 7 months, and nothing but good things to say about management. I have had to complain to the manangement about a noisy neighbor, and it was dealt with quickly, and adequetely. If you don't talk to them, they don't know. I too have heard the noisy vehicle, and said something about it. The office accepts our packages as a courtesy, and I see no reason why you can't track the package using the carriers online services. You shouldn't blame the office for a company that failed to provide tracking information. Besides, If you are waiting for something, let them know, and they will give you a call once its there. They've done it for me. As for backing up into your space, it tells you on your lease agreement not to do that, so its not the managements fault that you broke the rule. I do agree with the person who mentioned the trash though, its pretty bad particularly on the weekends... but I can't say that its the fault of the management. How many communities have garbage pick up on weekends? I've never lived in one that does.
