Its really sad that people only really go on here to complain.
We live at The Point and we really like it.
The office staff are really friendly and my work orders are done in a day or two (the few ive had).
We don't mind the rules because we would rather live somewhere that does have rules otherwise who knows what would be happening.
We won't be moving and we do recommend The Pointe to our friends.
