I enjoy living at the pointe.
The grounds are pretty and I always feel safe which is important because I have a child.
The guys have always completed my work orders same day or next day and are very courteous.
The office staff are very sweet also.
They have been incredibly friendly and quick to help anytime I need assistance.
This is by far one of the quietest apartments I've lived in in several different states.
Every now and then someone is noisy but not on a regular basis.
The only complaint I would say is that parking gets a little crowded in the back of the complex.

parking is always full enjoy paying $40 bucks a month for water in a 1 bedroom with only one person living there. Have to pay for the three pools hot tub and the sprinklers that are constantly running. If you love getting ripped off every month on water.
