I have lived at The Pointe for a little over a month, and love it. I feel safe, its a quiet complex and the staff is always very nice to me. The apartments are well maintained, and every neighbor I've met is extremely nice. I like having a complex with rules and regulations, because I feel much safer knowing that everyone is held to the same rules and that I won't be woken up by a wild party at 4 in the morning. My one bedroom is huge, and there's tons of storage space, which is rare for a one bedroom. My only complaint is that the sprinklers do run a little bit longer and more frequently than they should. I would and do recommend this complex to friends, and plan on staying here until I can afford to buy a house.
