Lets start with the less than appropriate office staff, in desperate need of a talk about pant suits for professional office wear; not only are they dressed a little less than appropriate (emphasis on less), they are not the brightest bunch I've ever met. Losing packages, calling to say they have not recieved your check for rent when one of the others' has it. etc... etc... They do not keep regular office hours, maintence takes a lifetime! And do not even bother giving a forwarding address becuase they won't refund your deposit. We've had a sprinkler outside our apartment for 4 months that has been broken and I should say waterfall instead of sprinkler... we've told them about 7 times and nothing has been fixed.

I am not sure what you are talking about when it comes to any of these problems. I have received numerous packages and they've never lost any of mine. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Every service request I have turned in has been handled quickly. The office staff is regular, and the only time they haven't been there is if they were in a meeting.

The one time I had a service request, I called it in on a Wednesday and they told me it would be fixed Friday or Saturday and I came home on Thursday and they already took care of it. That's pretty timely if you ask me!

I agree with the poster. Maintenance takes forever! They seem to have so many issues with maintenance that they forget about some of the residents. I have lived here for 2yrs and I had a problem with the sealant coming off of the tub. I called in the problem 3 times and finally fixed it myself 2 weeks later because it began to mold under the lining even with adequate ventilation. Not only that but when I moved in they told me I could have 2 pets because I planned on adopting a second one. When I signed the lease they stated the pointe only allowed 1 pet.

The Pointe Apartment staff are egotistical and inconsistant. They think they're being helpful and friendly but I guarantee they'll screw you over. My bathroom flooded from the washing machines next door, the heater was out for a week in the dead of winter, but they kept $300 of my deposit when I moved out. During the move out inspection they said everything looked clean. They black lighted the carpet and found spots they couldn't identify, then took $300. of my deposit for carpet replacement. The 'spots' could have been from before me, who knows. Now there's $300. of my money to replace the carpet. This place is a rip off!
