NO NO NO! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I do NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

They are raising the rent and for the price you could rent a house.

This place is not worth it! Maintenance takes forever! They seem to have so many issues with maintenance that they forget about some of the residents.
I have lived here for 2yrs and I had a problem with the sealant coming off of the tub.

I called in the problem 3 times and finally fixed it myself 2 weeks later because it began to mold under the lining even with adequate ventilation.

Not only that but when I moved in they told me I could have 2 pets because I planned on adopting a second one.
When I signed the lease they stated the pointe only allowed 1 pet.

I would however recommend the place as long as you stay in by second gate and away from the back areas.

I know of one person who's house was broken into and robbed in the complex while they were away.

There was also a rape in the complex which the office took swift action to notify the residents.

All in all the only problem they have is slow maintanence and should allow an extra small pet or 2 cats.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
