About three years ago I visited a friend that used to live at the Point.

The apartments were fine and rates weren't that bad at the time.

But now it's not even worth it! I can go and rent a house for that price and don't ever have to worry about loud neighbors.

Or you can even go down to Frisco by the beach and live down there for that price.

The apartments are nice but not that nice!

This person didn't even live in the complex. I've lived there for over a year, and have no complaints. Yes, the rent isn't cheap, but it's not as expensive as the comparative properties in the area, and you get a much larger apartment at the point. I'm glad you don't live in my complex. They price it high to keep people like you out.
