I just don't get it...

I have lived at The Pointe for 10 months or so, and I can't understand all the complaints.

These are great apartments, with a very friendly office staff.

I've never had any problem getting maintenance to show up, they've never lost a package, and never caused me any grief.

When I had a noisy neighbor, who decided to have a party at 1 am on a Tuesday, I called it in and they took care of it.

Yes, there are cheaper apartments, but I'd rather pay the extra rent for a maintained building, and a safe feeling.

These apartments are a nice size, have great layouts, and are worth the rent.

They are very strict on a lot of things, but thats a good thing.

My only issue is that all the random kids that have moved in lately keep taking over the sidewalk and going up and down the stairs on their scooters on weekends.
